Overview

Turean Polyurea Tile Overlay Kit is a two-component polyaspartic polyurea coating that cures into a seamless, flexible waterproof membrane for protective overlay applications—especially where you want waterproofing without removing existing tile.

Recommended Uses

Mix Ratio

• 1:1 by weight (Part A : Part B)

• Measure accurately and mix thoroughly until uniform

• Do not allow the mixture to settle after mixing

Application (Quick Directions)

1. Surface prep: grind/clean; remove dust & loose material; substrate must be dry

2. Apply sealing primer: wait 6–8 hours

3. Apply waterproof coating by roller / squeegee

   • Reference usage: ~0.6 mm ≈ 0.8 kg/m² (depending on substrate)

Important Notes

• No foot traffic within 48 hours

• Allow at least 7 days before full service

• If viscosity increases, add manufacturer-approved thinner (max 5–10%)

Storage & Shelf Life

• Store cool, dry, ventilated; recommended 0–30°C (32–86°F)

• Shelf life: 12 months (unopened)
