We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date (based on the carrier’s tracking record).
To start a return, please email us with your order number and the reason for return. Returns must be approved by us before sending anything back.
Because our products are coatings/chemical materials, only unopened and unused items are eligible for return.
To be eligible:
The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
All labels, seals, inserts, and accessories must be included
The item must be in resalable condition
Opened or unsealed products are not eligible for return or refund (including any A/B kits where either component has been opened).
If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer need the product, you may return it within 30 days as long as it meets the eligibility rules above (unopened/unused).
For buyer’s remorse returns:
Return shipping cost is paid by the buyer
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund (based on the product subtotal)
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, missing parts, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

Clear photos/videos of the outer box, shipping label, and the product issue (damage/leak/wrong item)
After we verify the issue, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, reshipment, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation.
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible because carrier responsibility can be difficult to confirm.
If your return is approved and received/inspected, refunds are issued as follows:
Buyer’s remorse returns:
Refund = product subtotal minus 10% restocking fee
Shipping fees are non-refundable (if charged)
Return shipping is paid by the buyer
Approved issue cases (damage/wrong item, etc.):
We will confirm the resolution with you (replacement/refund) based on evidence and inspection.
Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 48 hours.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Actual posting time depends on your bank/payment provider and may take additional time.
You may request to cancel an order before it ships.

Coating performance can be affected by surface preparation, environmental conditions (temperature/humidity), mixing ratio, application method, and curing time. For this reason, used/opened products cannot be returned, and performance-related issues caused by improper application are not refundable.
